Employ Haiti is working alongside Haitians to create jobs and build an economic foundation for development and growth—providing income, fostering self-reliance, and restoring dignity and pride to individuals, families and communities. Employ Haiti is a non-profit launched by the Morrell Foundation.

    • Jobs & Training Now

  • Employ Haiti is providing meaningful jobs and training through community partnerships programs. In one initiative, Employ Haiti is deploying teams of workers to clear rubble in the most devastated areas of Port au Prince and surrounding communities. Each team, for this initiative and others, is led by a project supervisor who has completed Employ Haiti’s management training program. Read More.

    • Safe Schools for the Future

  • After the rubble is cleared, Employ Haiti will partner with Haitian construction companies to build safe new schools and repair damaged ones throughout affected areas. Along the way, Employ Haiti will train new construction workers and leave behind schools engineered to international seismic and hurricane standards.
